Attendance Policy

Regular and punctual school attendance is important. Pupils need to attend school regularly if they are to take full advantage of the educational opportunities available to them by law. Kislingbury Primary School fully recognises its responsibilities to ensure pupils are in school and on time, therefore having access to learning for the maximum number of days and hours.

Behaviour and Discipline Policy

It is a primary aim of our school that every member of the school community feels valued and respected, and that each person is treated fairly and well. We are a caring community, whose values are built on mutual trust and respect for all. The school's behaviour policy is therefore designed to support the way in which all members of the school can live and work together in a supportive way. It aims to promote an environment in which everyone feels happy, safe and secure.

Collective Worship Policy

We understand worship to be a special act or occasion whose purpose is to show reverence to God. It is at the centre of our school life and integral to all that we do as a school. Collective worship involves all members of the school family coming together and participating in an act of worship. We expect everyone to take an active part in the worships during the week.

R.E.  Policy

Complaints Policy

We believe that our school provides a good education for all our children, and that the Headteacher and other staff work very hard to build positive relationships with all parents. However, the school is obliged to have procedures in place in case there are complaints by parents. The following policy sets out the procedure that the school follows in such cases.

Relationships, Sex and Health Education Policy
